Half Hearted

Synopsis

Waking up from a boozy night out Mike finds he has more than just a hangover. The half heart tattoo on his arm and the Ukrainian prostitute in his bed wouldn't be so bad were it not for the imminent return of his girlfriend. Worse still he has no cash to pay off the hooker and his card is still behind a bar somewhere in North London.

With a sore head and hooker in tow, Mike is now in a race to find his money, get rid of Svetlana and somehow explain away the tattoo to his girlfriend. In the process he must avoid having his fingers broken by Svetlana's pimp, his face bitten off in an underground tramp fight and endure a deep and meaningful coffee in Starbucks.

However the real question is: who has the other half of his heart?

Description

We had seen a lot of 'award winning' short films and they all seemed to follow a formula – working class young/old people being miserable on a council estate, ideally in black and white with aborted babies in plastic bags.

We really wanted to make a short film that we would actually like to watch – something that was commercial, loud, and funny. And we feel we have achieved that here.

Professor Green

Synopsis

Professor Green's latest video directed by Henry Scholfield is a lot darker than the likes of Just Be Good To Green. It's more in the vein of the superb Upper Clapton Dance – but frankly, just a bit more terrifying.

Description

Jungle by Professor Green was produced by Fortune Films having been rejected as too close to the bone by other production companies.

As the policeman, one of eight, who raided our location said "You're with the baddest guys around here." to which the only reply from production was "Well if we're here with the baddest; at least we don't have to worry about anyone else."
